Gorgeous Smoothie, great for breakfast to get a couple of your 5 a day in!
Grab yourself 1 banana and 1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of vanilla yoghurt and half a cup of your chosen type of milk
2tsp (teaspoons) of honey and a pinch of cinnamon (although I ommited it from mine) and one cup of ice.
